What a great location! The hotel was situated right in the heart of the town and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The room was nicely designed with a good mix of modern and old-fashioned charm. I also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which had a fantastic variety of delicious food.
I did have a few issues during my stay. the room was quite small and not very practical.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The central location was perfect for exploring the city and the serene back garden was a beautiful oasis. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was exceptional and offered a great selection. Additionally, the staff were extremely warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home.
Cannot find any fault. The hotel was a great addition to this city's hotel scene and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and close to the waterline. The rooms were amazing, with a separate house in the hotel's backyard/garden. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the fact that they provided great products in the bathroom. I would definitely come back to this place!
I had a bit of trouble finding the hotel initially, as the GPS location was a bit off and there were no signs. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was ideal, close to the water and with easy access to the town. The decorations for Christmas were lovely and added to the festive spirit. The breakfast was quite decent and filling, and the staff at the restaurant were friendly.
Our room was quite small and cramped, with no space for comfortable movement. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The heating system was not working properly, it was either too hot or too cold. The staff were unresponsive to our complaints and didn't seem very concerned with our comfort. the experience was quite disappointing and we would not stay here again.
